Booking & Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments, especially for ceramic and special-order films.
* Deposits are used to order film and reserve your time
* Deposit amount varies based on film
* Deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service
* Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change.
* Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance
* Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit
* Same-day cancellations result in deposts being non-refundable
Mobile Service Policy
DJCTintz is a mobile service.
* A small mobile service fee may apply
* Customer must provide a safe, Legal, and covered location.
* Area must have enough space to fully open vehicle doors
* Service may be rescheduled due to weather conditions for quality reasons
